Alterations and additions to a classic “Eric Nicholls” designed residence in Castlecrag.  Works upstairs included new extended kitchen with intricate new sandstone to match existing facade, renovated bathroom, toilet, bedrooms x 2 and study, lounge and dining room with new windows, new recycled timber flooring over existing floor and staircase, new sandstone cladding to back of existing fireplace to match existing, new timber stacker doors leading onto newly renovated terrace with lantern roof, highlight motorised windows and recycled timber feature ceiling. Downstairs work included hand excavation into rock to create a new bathroom, laundry, toilet, games room and bedrooms x 2, new family room with polished concrete floor and floor heating.
