Koorinda Avenue Kensington

Alterations and additions to existing freestanding period home in Kensington.  Renovations to downstairs included new ensuite and walk in robe to existing main bedroom, laundry, guest bathroom, kitchen and lounge dining.  2nd storey addition included feature stair case leading to living area and 3 bedrooms and bathroom.  External works included timber decking and BBQ area, new concrete in-ground pool and associated fencing, carport, and new driveway with auto gate.
